We cover for 5 complete years any failure affecting the villa's stability and solidity. High-strength reinforced concrete, galvanized steel, advanced waterproofing systems... these elements are designed to withstand extreme conditions, far beyond local standards.
2-Year Architecture, Finishes & Decoration Warranty
Interior and exterior finishes
Walls, floors, ceilings, interior/exterior coatings, joinery, painting... Everything concerning architectural and aesthetic aspects is protected for 2 years against construction defects.
2-Year Pool & Technical Systems Warranty
Pool and major technical installations
Infinity pool, filtration system, pump, heating, underwater lighting... as well as inverter air conditioning, main plumbing, and major technical installations are guaranteed for 2 years parts and labor.
1-Year Premium Electrical & Appliances Warranty
Electrical systems and appliances
Electrical panel, outlets, switches, lighting, premium household appliances... everything is covered for 1 year for immediate, worry-free comfort.
What's Covered
This coverage applies regardless of how you use the villa (primary residence, seasonal rental, investment). Covered defects are those resulting directly from construction and material quality – not from normal wear or misuse. We fully assume our responsibility to keep your villa impeccable over time.
